SPECIALIZED ITINERARY FOR SYDNEY
Day 1 - Arrive at Sydney, check in to your hotel and head off to Circular Quay Wharf. The importance of heading out immediately can't be stressed enough, of course this all depends on your time of arrival to Sydney. I am recommending this because it limits or eliminates a wicked jet-lag.
At Circular Quay, you'll discover the Darling Harbor, Sydney Harbor Bridge, the Sydney Opera House and take in sightings of Aboriginal men on musical instruments.
Take a Harbor Cruise at Circular Quay - to get a different perspective of the city, the Sydney Opera house and the the Sydney Harbor Bridge.
Stroll to Cockle Bay Wharf.
Finish off the day by taking in Sydney by night and capturing breathtaking pictures from the Circular Quay.
Day 2 - Jump Start your day at the Darling Harbor, explore the city center and stroll the harbor to discover wonderful moments of pure joy.
Visit the Archibald Fountain in Hyde Park, one of the finest public fountains in Sydney.
Visit St. James Church, the oldest church in Sydney which has been in use since 1824.
Visit the Australian Museum.
Day 3 - Visit Olympic Stadium.
Visit Sydney Tower - This 302 meter high tower has some amazing views of Sydney.
Grab lunch at one of the restaurants on the harbor. There are a few great ones to choose from. Try Sydney Cove Oyster Bar. Relax on one of the benches at the Sydney Harbor to take in the sights. That Harbor is quite relaxing and is great for people watching. Sydney is truly a place to embody all that needs to be embodied.
Day 4 - Visit the Blue Mountains - To see the Three Sisters.
This is out of Sydney and requires a full day to indulge. Wear comfortable shoes. Exploring the Blue Mountain region takes a bit of a toll on the body and you are gone the entire day. There's quite a bit of walking involved to make it to the viewing point of the Three Sisters.
Visit Featherdale Wildlife Park - See real life Crocodiles, Koalas, Kangaroos. Explore the dense rainforest and enjoy a traditional Aboriginal meal.
On your way back to Sydney, kill three birds with one stone by making a pit-stop at the Teapot Museum built back in 1911. This museum houses 4000 teapots and counting.
Also make one last stop at the oldest candy shop in the Sydney region.
Day 5 - Relax and take in a show at the Sydney Opera House.
With all the fun, labor and excitement of the previous day, set day five as your rejuvenating day. Stay local and enjoy lovely Sydney at your own pace. Grab bites and grab a show at the iconic Sydney Opera House. Luxuriate in the wonderful lights of the Sydney Darling Harbor.
Day 6 - Visit the Rocks and Cadman's Cottage Historic Site.
Day 7 - Spend the day visiting Sydney's most famous beach called Bondi. Enjoy the sun and have fun.
Day 8 - Depart.
